Pick n pay bottles app and horrible customer service

So yesterday I used the pick n pay bottles app.... The app gave me issues and my item's werent delivered.. I called to ask what had happened to my items... The lady said she will call me back.. We have been for the issue to be resolved... The customer service is horrible.. I would never recommend the pick n pay app to anyone...
