Pick n Pay Boston chooses In-House Processes over Consumer

PnP Boston Bellville had Flora Gold advertised as R42,99. When I checked this with Celestine Van Vuuren she threw PnP technical jargon and processes at me saying that it was not the advertised price. She then proceeded to move the price tag placed under the 1kg Flora Gold of R42,99 away and all the while addressed me in a derogatory manner when I questioned her motives and for using false advertising for a PnP shelf product.

I left PnP and went to their much friendlier and better priced competitor OK Foods in Oakdale to conclude my purchase.

PnP, you chose red tape over your customer. You have now lost that customer who enjoys debating retail customer service levels with like-minded consumers.

Who are "they" and when is Pick n Pay going to step up and fix this injustice that Celestine Van Vuuren created?
