Pick n pay Bluff Useless Staff

I bought food via Mr delivery app in March which pick n pay Bluff staff did not bother to check expiry date they delivered Stale Food which I've sent numerous reviews on Hello peter to be reimbursed i got a call from pick n pay saying my money will go on my pnp smart shopper card I received a sms stating I have points on my card I go to pnp Bluff n I was told I do not have the points that was smsd to me now do ul think what ul doing to customers is right I asked the cashier by the till she called a lady I'm assuming was the manager I showed her the sms I got from pnp she says I must use the app never explain what to do on the app n she left I don't understand why I must use the app when the sms stated the points was loaded on my card what a waste of my time it's now a month and my money Has not been replaced so now ul lying to customers to keep them quiet !!! Educate uls staff on people's skills because the lady that was called did not give a detailed explanation of what I should do just said use the app is that the service ul are now giving!! A whole month and still I must be up n down for STALE FOOD I BOUGHT IN MARCH ! Ul are unprofessional and I will never buy at pick n pay Bluff again ! Please reimburse my money before I make a spetcal of ul
