Pick 'n Pay BLUFF HAS THE RUDEST MOST ARROGANT STORE MANAGER NAMED SHANE IN MY OPINION

<p>Has anyone else had the displeasure of encountering Shane a store manager at Pick 'n Pay Bluff at Hillside Mall in the Durban South area?</p> <p>Sadly I tolerated his rude and arrogant attitude when I shopped there on Wednesday 3 August 2016 when he rejected a day old rain check (which I accept may have been within his right to do) but to initially do it through one of his Till Controllers and then to do it face to face with me as a customer with that attitude is unjustified.</p> <p>I did report this incident to Pick 'n Pay via their website and received the standard web generated acknowledgement advising it was being referred to management for investigation and 7 days later there has been no feedback from them which to me begs the questions -</p> <p>1. what is a retail store's responsibility to its customers regarding their very own store policies and</p> <p>2. do their managers especially go on refresher training courses regarding continuous improved customer service offerings or are they regarded as being above the rest of the employees by virtue of their rank</p> <p>I've made a conscientious decision to avoid shopping at Pick 'n Pay as far as possible on principle since I am not prepared to support a retailer who does not subscribe to standard customer service expectations</p>
