I am deeply disappointed with the service offered by Pick n Pay through Mr D. Unfortunately, I cannot recall a single instance where my order was delivered successfully. This reflects poorly on your online service, which mirrors the inefficiency often experienced in your physical stores.

Given the financial challenges Pick n Pay is reportedly facing, one would expect that getting the basics right—especially in e-commerce—would be a priority. Competitors like Checkers Sixty60 have demonstrated a clear understanding of what an online shopping experience should deliver, and this is why many customers, including myself, are increasingly choosing them over PnP.

I sincerely hope that improvements are made promptly to avoid the drastic repercussions of losing more loyal customers.
