Pick n Pay Bloemfontein - The Towers

<p>My daily shopping has been done at this pick and pay since they opened. Spent well into the thousands of rands at this shop. Yesterday upon leaving my wife and I was confronted ominiously by their security guard in the parking lot, in the stop street regarding something she seemingly couldnt explain. After frustration, we parked again and wanted to hear what she has to say. She took us to the manager who also didnt know what was happening and no specific reference either. While standing and waiting for unknown reasons we then followed the manager to his office. They displayed footage where my wife had not paid for a R83.00 Transaction accidently. Despite many flawed methods of transaction handling on the day from the PnP staff member, we said we'd settle it immediatly as daily loyal shoppers. They could not let us settle it as they could not furnish a receipt while waiting for their headoffice to "send" back the receipt. The manager had anaylized the video in such a manner to insinuate that my wife was a ******** refusing to pay. I'm speechless as to the way the situation was approached, handled and unstably solved. After auditing my bank statment I've clearly swiped over R25 000 rand at this pick n pay and not accounted for transactions done by my wife - to be treated like this for R83.00 and they wouldnt even accept an EFT, forcing me to either leave work or organize someone to drive to pay measly R83.00. Short to say, myself and my family will not do grocery shopping where we are treated in such way. </p>
