Pick 'n Pay Blackheath - Worst in the country.

Service and customer service is extremely bad at Pick 'n Pay Blackheath. Almost every person we talk to, are in agreement about this and prefer to rather drive further and shop at Checkers.<br> The staff are extremely unfriendly and the lines are long because the tellers sit in the corner chatting to the manager. We have often had to ask the tellers to come and service customers, as more than 70% of the tills are unmanned.<br> My wife has today again spoken to the manager about the level of service at that store, whereupon his only contribution was to shrug and grunt something incomprehensible. Welcome to the future of shopping in South Africa.<br> I know that Pick 'n Pay has been made aware of the situation a number of times already, but they don't care enough about their customers to do anything about it. As from today, we are also joining the boycot and will rather shop at Checkers around the corner where customers still mean something. This will be posted on all social media sites in order to inform customers about how Pick 'n Pay feels about them.
