Pick 'n Pay Blackheath Randburg STAY FAR AWAY!

I don't like to complain. However, what griefs and ****es me off is the arrogance of a retail store and the manager. I recently posted a complaint about the bad store quality and bad shop management at Pick 'n Pay Blackheath, Randburg. This morning the store manager Pinky called me to address my concerns. In short every concern that was mentioned, I was just told that the buyers at the head office make the decisions about what needs to be sold in a store. Customer complaints and concerns do NOT matter to them and frankly don't care about customers. I directly was told if you don't like shopping at Pick 'n Pay Blackheath, Randburg and the product line then you can shop somewhere else. You as a customer do not matter! Please stay far away from Pick 'n Pay Blackheath, Randburg. Senior store Management, floor supervisors, and staff are arrogant, rude, and extremely unfriendly not to mention extremely unprofessional! In short, it will take me another maybe 8 months to a year to MAYBE go back there. I'd rather shop at Checkers FX Fairlands, Randburg where the store is clean and customer service is exemplary...... AND the product range is of high-quality catering for all customer levels at decent prices not ripping the customer off!
