Pick n Pay- Big company with NO customer service

On 8 Dec I wrote a review on PnP and on 9 Dec I received a private response, which was that a service request has been generated for me. After this there was no further contact from PnP until I send them a mail in late Feb informing them they didn't need to bother further and then to my surprise I received the following message on 4 March 2021: Your call with reference *** Stock availability complaint has been completed, we appreciate your continued support, if we can be of any more assistance please feel free to contact us again!

What a joke. Pick n Pay should close their customer care and rather concentrate on treating their customers better.
