Pick n Pay

I am very disappointed with PNP I placed my order on the 10 October 2025 I had to cancel it for some reasons they said I will get my refund in 3-5 working day but till today I have not… I have done several follow ups and spoke to Phuthumile from online order’s support who promised that I will receive money now she is no longer responding my emails at all it’s been a very stressful journey I need my money and I don’t even know what to do now she only fool me with 100 voucher after no communication from them I want my money!!!!!!!
