Pick n Pay Benmore garden shopping center terrible service

I have never received such terrible service from Aphiwe Makhawula from Pick n pay Benmore shopping center today.

While being assisted by her on the Lotto line, i asked for a pen to quickly tick lotto plus, she said "Aai" with an attitude she handed over the pen and walked away with a frown on her face as if i have disgusted her or did something wrong. she didn't come back to assist me her colleague came to assist instead

Can Pick n pay Benmore train their employees on customer service, their staff is not bringing income, we are as customers. i work close by Benmore and i have observed on how certain customers are treated differently from other, especially on racial side of things.

Pick n Pay needs to assist their employees with Customer service s****s development training.
