Pick 'n pay- Beacon Retail park, EL

The Beacon Bay branch must be the worst run branch in the entire country.

There are never trollies available in the store, you have to grab one in the parking lot and bring it inside.

Then there are never specials on the shelves as promised in the brochure , try finding a staff member to assist, right. Only Game stores are worst.

Then you can wait in line to pay for ever, the busiest time of day equals the smallest number of cashiers on duty. It is absolutely insane the waiting times, I have dumped my trolly numerous times because of the waiting times. Not everyone has all day to stand in a queue. The social grant queue enjoys 2 dedicated cashiers when they are busy, but pop in from work when you get a break and you will be there forever.

There is never any management on the floor, they seem to prefer their offices and the supervisors do not wear name tags so good luck following up any complaints. I'm not sure if it is a corporate store or a franchise, either way it is the worst shopping experience you are likely to suffer.
