PICK N PAY BEACON BAY - NOT SO GOOD FOOD

On the 25th of February 2020 I sent a complaint to the customer care mail address of Pick N Pay regarding Polonie and viennas bought at their Beacon Bay East london Branch. It was video footage as well as photos taken of their NO NAME POLONY AND VIENNAS CRAWLING WITH MAGOTS AND SLIMY - Even though I sent them everything I had the till slip the photo's of the batch number everything - They still failed to replace these items and/ or give our money back.

This is not the first time we bought meat there that was off or rotten - The previous time the managers weren't very helpful. This time I decided to go to their customer care line - hoping to get a more positive response from them - but to no avail - It seems like everything in this country - Pick n Pay standard of service is going down the drain ........

The only acknowledgement I got was an automated response stating that they received my complaint and are looking into it.

I warned them before that if I don't get a response from them I will review them on here as well as publish it on all social media platforms
