Pick n Pay Baywest Fan purchase.

Extremely disappointing experience at Pick n Pay Baywest. We selected a fan that was clearly marked at R379 on the shelf. However, when we reached the till, it scanned at R699. We immediately brought this to the attention of the store manager, Pumela. Unfortunately, the manager stated that there was nothing she could do and explained that it was not her fault that the item was placed in the wrong area. As consumers, we requested to purchase the item at the displayed price, as this is where we found the fan. No effort was made to assist us or to find a solution. This experience left us feeling unsupported and dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. Due to this poor handling of the situation, I would not recommend Pick n Pay Baywest to family or friends.
