Pick n pay baywest bakery shocking service

Pick n pay baywest has the most shocking service at the bakery section. I support this store daily but i wont anymore, the two tall gentlemen working in the bakery stand and just watch customers and just look at them taking their time to assist, i have now on numerous occasions witnessed the same to gentlemen standing,talking making fun of customers and laughing at them that is visible to everyone. It is extremely unprofessional for two grown men in a chain store of that caliber to act in such a way. Customers surely even feel guilty to go and ask for something at the bakery section as i have felt that myself when looking for something. I work in retail so i can honestly say that this is the poorest service i have ever come acrosss.
