Pick 'n pay bara rank

I Went to pick n pay at bara in diepkloof, what a bad service I've experienced. Went there to collect money transfer of r2000 then was told that there's only one till that does money transfer and the cashier told me that she doesn't have the money I want, only got r1000 and the rest I must wait for her to cover the other r1000 meaning that I can wait till she knocks off, then I I asked for her superior to tell her that I cant wait that long, then palesa came and also told me the same thing, then I asked for her manager they say its gerry, he was not around then after 20min then they told me to go another cashier who has the money then mbali help me and told me that they don't keep r2000 in their tills. What's the use if them doing money transfer wherealse they don't have cash? What happens if I was in a hurry? Should still wait for long hours till they cover the money, it doesn't make sense rather they shouldn't do it.
