PICK N PAY BAKED GOODS FALLS ON FLOOR AND IS PUT BACK ON SHELVES TO SELL TO CUSTOMERS, AND THEY SELL OFF CHICKEN TO CUSTOMERS

Continuous disgusting and unhygienic service from Pick n Pay Madiba Street opposite National Treasury Pretoria. Today I visited Pick n Pay, bought 12 doughnuts and asked if they were baked today, the ladies confirmed they were, although they looked very stale and the day before at 4pm when I was there the tray was still full, I decided to take her word for it, then I asked if they can be put in a box seeing that it is 12, the supervisor said it is not at all allowed. 1 doughnut fell on the floor and she replaced it with another. I paid for the twelve and left the store. When I handed the doughnuts out at work, 2 were missing, I went back to the store to rectify it, lo and behold the doughnut that fell on the floor was put back, I know because I bought all the ring doughnuts with the white cream. I asked the lady why she put it back and not in the trash can, she said they dont do that, then I explained I was given 2 doughnuts short and the lady 1st argued and assumed I was lying, afterwards she reconsidered and finally gave me the doughnuts with much attitude and rudeness. This incident at PNP just made me realize we pay for things and countless times are cheated and treated unfairly, I have been a regular at this store and will never buy from them again, a month ago I bought 2 x 10 drumstick fresh chicken packs, fried them that evening and when we had supper realized they were rotten. My son luckily just bit a small piece when my husband realized and stopped him. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM PICK N PAY MADIBA STREET, THEY SELL ROTTEN FOOD, THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS UNFAIRLY AND WITH MUCH ATTITUDE, AND THEY SELL FOOD THAT FELL ON THE FLOOR, WHICH IS VERY UNHYGIENIC.
