PICK N PAY BAD SERVICE ESPECIALLY IN BLACK TOWNSHIPS

Bought food from a pick n pay in Naledi Soweto.. brought back the food .. was told to speak to one of the managers who was rude as hell nd asked me all sorts of unnecessary question... Even had the nerve to say if she weighed this will it be the same amount on the item... The nerve 😡🤬 this is after I had spent 100s of rand's on purchases ... Complained on Facebook... Someone took down my personal information.. weeks passed before anyone said anything to me .. I always wonder where u get these people from .. were they even trained ?????... Reached out to them and their response shocked me .. aparantly this was a personal issue they were advised I'm complainng because they opened a new liquor store.... I dunno wat that has to do with anything as I don't even sell alcohol... So I'm wondering if this is how Pick n pay response to unhappy customers???? Another issue with this pick n pay is they never allow u to withdraw money .. they are forever offline .. tyme bank must just remove their services form pick n pay because we as customers we r struggling

I encountered another unprofessional manager at a pick n pay in EPSOM DOWNS tried to withdraw money nd I taken from pillar to post nd this man had the nerve to call me YOU PEOPLE MEANING TYMEBANK USERS!!! my question is y provide a service that u really don't want ?? It is a hassle and a half to withdraw money from these tills .. u met wit angry looks it's like u borrowing this money from them ... I just wonder if the big bosses at pick n pay Kno wat is happening on the ground because the service we get in black areas is appalling to say the least
