Pick n pay bad service and none existent customer service

I bought groceries on the 27/08/2024. I was told my card declined. I went to the atm to withdraw money and paid for the groceries in cash. I then received notification from my bank that payment was successful. I showed the supervisor the message with my balance. She said the couldn't refund immediately i must come back the next day with a bank statement proving the money was not reversed by my bank. I went back the next day which is today, to be told they can't see the money on their system yet i have provided proof. This is the worst service i have ever received and a huge inconvenience. Just to be told the money is hanging somewhere.
