pick n pay bad service

I am very disappointed with the service at pick n pay in Clearwater mall especially from a specific teller. Her name is Ruth Xhosa and she is very rude and gives attitude all the time...she is not friendly and even when she sees that you are waiting to be served she goes on to chat with colleagues or do other things until you have to ask to be served.
