Pick N pay BAD SERVICE

I bought a glass mellerware kettle online with Mr D at pick N pay Phillip Nel Park. The kettle cracked with my first use. I went to Pick N pay and spoke with a lady named Lyn who promised me that she'll call the manufacturer, which is mellerware. Lyn hasn't called back yet and it's been a week, when I call the store there's no answer. To date there's no communication from pick N pay.

I received a call from pick N pay Phillip Nel Park yesterday saying I should come get my refund. I went and they gave me a refund as agreed on the call.
I had previously written an email to customer care.
