Pick ń Pay bad service

I just made a purchase at Pick ń Pay Vangate Mall, till number 13. I paid with my debit card and the payment went through and the till freeze and didn't print a slip. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes and I was told to open my bank App to check my balance. I had to show them that the payment was not reversed and I was told that I need to pay again because it will definitely reversed. It didn't settle well with me as they were busy talking to each other saying that it is not the first time they experience this problem with that till. I asked them what did they do about it and they just looked at me. I just told myself that they've done absolutely nothing.
