Pick N Pay bad service
bad customer service, i always have a pleasant experience at our local Pick n Pay Kilburn, however this morning i unfortunately had a bad experience when i requested to make a withdrawal from the cashier. the atms were down at the time and i need a very small amount of cash for my child school, when i asked the cashier if could make a small withdrawal of only R60.00, she gave me numerous excuses saying that she did not have any cash in her drawer, but when she opened the drawer there was more then enough cash to assist me with my withdrawal, this was an inconvenience for something so simple that wouldnt have taken the cashier 5 minutes to assist,.
