pick n Pay bad customer service

I went to their branch in Meyerton and amongst other things bought 2 x 2L milk. When I got home my wife started swearing up a storm as they were both expired, the 6th nd 8th respectively. As our finances are dire at the moment I was not going to waste another R25 odd in petrol just so that my wife could lodge a complaint in person. Forget aboutcoming back to exchange it. I was expecting that this company would have some honesty and good ethics andnot keep expired products on te shelf. I filed a complaint on FB messenger, but 6days lter they have shown me that they clearly do not care about their customers,
