pick n Pay bad customer service

they don't even deserve the 1 star I put for them. I always encounter 1 problem or the other with them. they are so rude their customer service sucks to the core. i placed an order online on the Pick n Pay ASAP app. after 2 hours of waiting they told me the item I ordered was out of stock like if it was out of stock how did their app accept my order and even deduct my money from the account? they ended up canceling the order and put my money into their app wallet. I tried calling no one bothered to answer. I wrote to them on Facebook they guy operating that page is very very rude and he ended up ignoring me. on their app there is an eft option but it doesn't work forcing people to use their money on their app. I don't want to buy anything else. what I wanted to buy they said its out of stock now all I want is my money and they are not helping me at all. rather they are ignoring me as if I'm a fool or an idiot. how can I be forced to buy wat I don't want to buy? my money my rules
