pick n pay bad bad service

am a regular customer of pnp qualisave die meent at Pretoria central oh God to say the service is terrible its an understatement mostly during lunch hours there is only two tills operating the cashiers takes the cake in rudeness, on the 17th I went there as usual and the cashier who was assisting me lerato mokoena was so rude when I asked why is it that only 2 till are operating whilst the que is this long she rudely said customers are to blame cos they came to the till unprepared and there is nothing she can do even after i have asked to cee the manager cos i was standing in the line for more than 20 minutes just to pay for roll am no longer going back to that store and it makes me hate other pick n pay stores as well cos of the attitude of their staff
