Pick'n Pay Bad attitude

I was at Pick'n Pay Liquor i wanted to purchase some items using the RCS card then manager said the pick'n pay does not accept the RCS card, which in every time i always purchase with my RCS card at pick'n pay stores but the dobsenville (Doorenkop) pick'n pay the manager denies my card.
