Pick 'n Pay

I have visited Pick 'n Pay Cornubia numerous times as I work in the vicinity and I must say , the Cashiers are the worst I have encountered. Their customer service is appalling. Just today as I was paying for my items , the cashier was busy talking to her colleague and I had to wait , mind you it was a very inappropriate conversation . Even as she was assisting me she continued to speak to colleague to the point where she was making mistakes and giving me wrong instructions. This is just today , but any other day there , regardless which cashier it is , they do not care about how they service customers. I do not blame them , I blame who ever is recruiting or managing them. I feel they don't know what it is to give good customer service.
