Pick n pay @ The Grove Mall.
Pick n pay @ the Grove Mall is the most ***********. You would expect better because it is situated in a good location.
They can start by checking if there is no Mould in their packaged products if possible. e.g. BILTONG. (we buy some of these things for kids)
Customer service is the worst.

They compensated me with another pack of Biltong and also went on to explain that it was a manufacturing/ supplier error as the Biltong had NOT expired. They have checked their departments as per the store management. I am happy with how the matter was handled and resolved today.
