Pick 'n pay at East Point mall has a ****ty customer service

I was at pnp east point mall and I went to an empty till by the TV section and I went there because there were long lines by other tills and why I went there is because I always go there and the ladies would help me but this lady with short blond hair (african) was so rude to me and told me why am I not going to the other tills and I told her why as I explained here and she was just chilling and it shows that she didn't want to help me judging from her body language and the way she spoke to me. I only had one item to ring up nothing else so I ended up leaving and going to wait in the other lines coz I wasn't going to take no disrespect from this old lady, I hate pnp East Point mall for this they don't know how to talk and treat customers. I am going to bash you on every social media for this coz it's not the first time they doing this to me.
