Pick N Pay at Boardwalk Mall provides wonderful customer service!!

I recently shopped at Pick N Pay at the Boardwalk Mall in Gqerbha, Eastern Cape on Tuesday, 10 January 2023 . When I went through the till with dog food that was on special it was put through the till without a discount. I checked my slip and asked the teller why it hadn't reflected the discount which was R6 per tin. He immediately and courteously asked his supervisor for assistance and she kindly refunded me the difference. I left the store and continued shopping. When I got to the till at the next shop I went to I realized that I had left my bank card at Pick N Pay. I rushed back in a panic and asked the teller if he had seen my card. He immediately said he had handed it in at the till and the kind lady who had refunded me earlier handed me my card. What an amazing experience with superb service, friendliness and kindness. Unfortunately, I neglected to get the names of the staff members but will return as they were wonderful. Well done Pick N Pay!!!
