Pick n Pay associate with ****s and ********

I was handed over by Pick n Pay to MBD Attorneys. I was offered a settlement on my Pick n Pay store card to be paid by 15 December 2019. I effected payment on 14 December via eft. MBD kept harassing me with their rude consultants and made sure to give me every excuse as to why they were still harassing me...including that they only received the payment on 17 December which to them makes the settlement null and void. They requested that I send the POP in order to check the payment date which I did. The kept harassing me and eventually promised to send me a settlement letter which I have yet to receive. Now it seems the account was not settled and closed as promised as I'm being harrased by other attorneys. Those MBD people are thee most terrible ****s.
