Pick ‘n Pay asp missing items
I buy every week from pick n pay asap. For the last 7 months things from my order is missing. On their invoice it shows it is delivered but I don’t get it and I have paid for it. I complain and then they look at it and after a couple of days they sms me they resolve the problem. I never know how they resolved the problem. The previous time they put the value on the Pick ‘n Pay points card. Now it has happened again and they sms me they resolved the problem. If I don’t phone again I will not know how they resolved it. I told them this time I want the item to be delivered as I am inconvenienced. If I order it again I pay delivery fee and tip. The item was not delivered and I don’t know how it was resolved. This is very bad service!!!!
