Pick n pay asap/poor customer service

Good day. Today on the 26th July 2023, I placed an order on the Pick n Pay ASAP app. Order number *** and I never received my order yet the app shows that it was delivered. The delivery guy Jacques Nkonga was so disrespectful and uncooperative when I asked about the whereabouts of my goods since the goods showed delivered but was not delivered. I am heavily frustrated with the services of Pick n Pay especially since I have contacted their customer care services and still haven't received any response. Kindly assist me to resolve this matter.
