Pick N Pay ASAP/Bottles APP

The ASAP app is giving immense problems in the last couple of weeks - either hangs and one needs to try again and again - or, takes your money, cancels the order which it has just done now and I must wait 3 to 5 days for the money to reflect back into my account ???? NOT GOOD ENOUGH
