Pick n Pay ASAP// Would not recommend

I ordered groceries this morning at 9:25am, it is currently 14:10 and my order has not been delivered. The app keeps changing the delivery time. If it is going to take this long, why can't the order just be declined so that we can order elsewhere or go to a store instead of having to wait hours to cook a meal.
