Pick n Pay ASAP worst service ever.

I always try to select alternative products when placing an order because I don't trust pick n pay refund system. Last time I ordered, one of the items did not allow me to select an alternative saying "alternative option not available for the special". As luck would have it, I get a notification saying that the product is sold out all of a sudden and that the amount will be refunded to my wallet. I cashed out to refund this amount a week ago already and still have not received my money back as yet. Pick n Pay ASAP has got to be the worst, most unprofessional delivery service ever. They advertise products as available until they have your money. Why should we pay immediately but yet we must wait forever to get refunded, if ever actually?
