Pick n Pay ASAP - worst service do not use them!

4 days and still no feedback!!!

Please note that I am very disappointed with the service received. I will not use this service again and I will go to social media if this is not resolved.

Frist of all I did note receive all the items as they were out of stock please correct the below.

Second of all I ordered refrigerator items and every time I check yesterday the delivery time moved on with an hour. So last night at 18:30 I went to collect my packages which were packed in the hallway the entire day needless to say all the item were warm as they have been out of the fridge for the entire day. Why must I pay a delivery fee I had to got fetch my groceries?

Shock service and being charge for it how is this fair to the consumer?
