Pick ‘n Pay ASAP worst service

Pick and pay ASAP, I ordered at 13:18 a its 14:24 and they haven’t even picked my and packed my order why do they call themselves ASAP if a person must wait over an hour for their things. It’s always the case with Pick ‘n Pay but they’re very quick to deduct money from a persons account. Their service is unacceptable
