Pick n Pay ASAP worst service!!!
Pick n Pay ASAP is the worst!!! I have encountered sh&%t experience with them countless times, where I have to wait more than 5 hours before my order can be delivered. What's frustrating is that I keep giving them a chance hoping it will be better the next time but no it just keeps getting worse. What's the point of using the app to order when you will wait years before getting your order, might as well go in Store saves you time and you get the correct items unlike the f%$@cked service you get when ordering via the Asap app, where you either get less than what you ordered or wrong items. This has got to be the most ridiculous service provider I have ever had to use. STAY AWAY FROM PICK N PAY ASAP!! if you want peace.
I'm not sure whether your response to my complaint was just to pretend as if you're competent. It's now over a week since you asked me to provide details and to add on that you asked me to provide "Preferred Resolution" which I did as well as my order numbers. What have you done about it? Nothing
To say I'm shocked or surprised will be an understatement, this just shows how much you care for your customers.
