Pick n Pay ASAP Woodmead

i placed an Order with pick n pay ASAP Woodmead at 14:30 and then saw a message that my order was delivered which it was not thereafter got a call from Customer service enquiring about my delivery asking if the driver has delivered the order to which i responded NO no has been delivered and i was assured by then that the order will be delivered before 17:00 , it is now 17:10 and nothing has been resolved. This is THE WORST AND PATHETIC SERVICE as this is now the 2nd time happening. Pick n pay Woodmead, Order #*** and the previous call *** for the previous Order reassuring the delivery.
