Pick n Pay ASAP what a joke

I used pick n pay ASAP app for the first time today. I ordered a low gi bread that I always buy. When my stuff arrived, there was regular brown bread. I emailed the complaint and was told to take my receipt and the bread and go to a store. Please explain the stupid logic behind that. The whole point of ordering online is that I don't need to go to a store. Now I must print a receipt, get in my car, and go swap bread. Between the parking costs and my petrol please explain how this suits me!!!! I usually use checkers 60 they give you alternatives, and if they send you the wrong products, you just get refunded. I only eat low gi bread, so it will just be given away. So I loose R35. How about your people delivering the correct product and collecting the wrong one. After all this is an online delivery service I DEFINITELY WILL ONLY USE CHECKERS 60 FROM NOW ON.
