Pick n Pay ASAP... Very Poor service
Pick n Pay asap Pretoria is a no..no.... I have placed an order since 06h53 this morning on 27 November 2024 and up to now I have not received my order and not getting any joy regarding the outcome of the investigation and my order. I have phoned and wrote several emails without any success. Pick n Pay ASAP is a ****, seriously i am inconvenienced and disappointed. Can Pick n Pay Customer Service intervene urgently

27 Nov 2024, 16:23After calling 7 times and sending about 8 messages to get my issue for non delivery of my order to be sorted and turned to lodge a formal complaint, it was when I got my refund. Imagine the time and money I used to make calls and kept holding on while using airtime, it's uncalled for. I had a bad service. Pick n Pay must get their house in order. Customer service should be prioritised.
