Pick n Pay ASAP very ***********

For the past few months I have been experiencing very bad service from the Pick n Pay App store either delivering very later like after 6 hours or the following day to delivering wrong items and with no apologies for it also refunding me very late like after 2 weeks of me constantly calling to find out where my money is, to now being the last straw, I ordered my groceries on Sunday 2pm and the app said they will deliver around 5pm but up until today which is Tuesday 3 days later I still haven't received my order, I have called more than 5 times and they keep saying the driver is on the way and with no order arrived,so what are you expecting me to eat if you keep my food with you? Also keeping in mind the refund is only gonna be available 10 working days from now so in that 2 weeks with what money am I suppose to buy food? I'm truly disappointed in your services and am going to delete the app and write bad reviews in every platform available.
