Pick n pay ASAP very bad service

This is the second time pick n pay ASAP renders bad service. My order was confirmed at 15:45 and now it is 17:35 still waiting. The first time I complained and they just closed my query without a resolution. Ticket number ***. This is Bad as there is a reason for ordering and requesting speedily and convenient service, however with pick n pay Johannesburg side you will sleep hungry. That time you can't even go buy something else as they have already debited your account. What will it take for me to get my money back please. This is absurd I tell you. You avoid the stores as their employees are always grumpy
