Pick n Pay Asap useless service

This is unacceptable. I ordered from Pick n Pay asap on 25 November. Up until today I have not received my products nor a refund. I have left messages with their customer care who does not answer. I have emailed, I have even messaged them on Facebook and no one is getting back to me. How can I sort this out?
