Pick n' pay ASAP undelivered order while payment made

I bought some stuff using the Pick n' pay App on the 13th February on the App I was notified that my order left the store and then when I tracked the driver was not moving and then few minutes later I got the notification that the delivery was successful and that I have to do the ratings while I didn't receive the order , soon after that I contacted customer service which promised a redelivery which never happened,I then called again and then they said they were waiting for the store to respond .a day later I sent an email which they responded that they see I finally got my order I was like received it where because I never received anything they promised to contact me until today I never received anything order while I paid for those things . I regret ever using that service and the customer support service is just a waste of time and airtime .
