Pick n Pay asap! Unacceptable services

Again had the worst experience with Pick n Pay asap! Not only did they deliver someone else's order to me and came to collect almost instantly. I had to call to ask for my order, no said the guy they will repack and resend, after another 90minutes nothing so i had to call again just to be told they did not allocate a new driver, after the call i received an email that they are unable to resend they need to cancel and so i am still waiting for my refund with no food! What a waste of time amd money! Pathetic if you ask me as this is completely Pick n Pay's fault. Either get your asap and shops in order or leave it!!
