Pick n Pay asap turning out to be a ****

Not sure if Pick n Pay asap is turning out to be a ****. I ordered items on Thursday, paid for them, but they were never delivered. I re- ordered twice on Friday and it said order accepted but I did not receive any delivery. I called call centre, waited long, so I left a message. No one returned my call to date. I sent a few emails to their support email address. I did receive automated email response with reference numbers, but to date no one has contacted me to resolve. I have paid and needed items urgently. but they dont care. They should be closed down if this is the way they operate. Utterly disgusting.
