Pick n Pay Asap totally ridiculous

I placed an order on Pick N Pay asap, I contacted the driver to change the delivery address and the driver had informed me that the order had been returned because the address was too far. I then logged into the app and saw the order had been canceled without my knowledge, I then called customer and only then was I informed if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known. This is absolutely ridiculous! The stuff I ordered was urgent and had been canceled.

I will never ever order again or buy from Pick n Pay Asap again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone
